Have great potential...

"I think the biggest take home points from this course were the development of the org board and the vital importance of properly hatting your staff. I feel that these concepts, put into practice, will improve our organization and ultimately production. We are currently focusing our hatting/training efforts on our techs. I believe they all have great potential and can realize it with the proper tools and training. I’m excited about their, and our, future."

Communications improve...

"I loved this course! If I have to pick a single course out of all the courses I’ve taken so far that pulled everything together, it is Basic Organization. Although it doesn’t get into specifics on statistics like the FBS (Formulas for Business Success) does, it still points in the direction of 'This is what you need to do for business success', which is what we want to know. I can’t wait to get my Organization Board in place and to see the flow of product and how communications improve. I think Basic Org will also give my staff a sense of 'importance and accomplishment', thus boosting moral which will in turn increase production of the VFP (Valuable Final Product)!"

It gave me some answers...

"This gives me a basic understanding why people behave the way they behave. You might be alright; the problem could be from the other end which they don’t have want to communicate. So I can choose to stay in control of myself and be at cause, rather than being an effect, of a situation. This applies in professional and personal life. It gave me some answers to what I was looking for in my life."

A way to improve oneself...

"This course is great. The philosophy behind Ethics, Morals and Justice confirms what I had always thought but had not put into words or been able to describe. The Condition Formulas can be applied not just to business, but in every single aspect of life as a way to improve oneself and others."

No more chaos...

"A practical course that solidifies the importance of having a basic organizational structure in even the simplest business as well as the importance of having a team that know their responsibilities, accept their responsibilities and produce. Finally, no more chaos."

Business problems get addressed and corrected...

"This course was great. It helped me understand why many programs have failed at our clinic in the past. It really provides a framework for making absolutely sure that business problems get addressed and corrected."

Improved quality of life on many levels...

"The Formulas for Business Success couldn’t have come at a better time for me, as we are implementing the Basic Organization program at our clinic and will hopefully soon have a realistic statistic for each hatted post in our organization. We will then be able to monitor weekly the statistics for each hat and assign conditions as we are now doing for our overall practice statistics. Each hat can then exercise the steps of the formula of the condition she is in to work his or her way toward the next highest condition. Even though our overall practice statistics have been improving markedly over last year’s, with each hat following their condition formula (whether in affluence or danger) the overall statistics for our practice should continue to rise even faster, allowing all members of our organization to have an improved quality of life on many levels."

Very eye opening...

"The Study Skills for Life was a very eye opening section. I especially liked the misunderstood word barrier. I myself have experienced going blank when reading something and I never understood what that may be caused from… Now I do. There is a BIG difference between a not understood word and the misunderstood word.

"Additionally I had a big eye-opener when I was doing my last checkout on checkouts. I can now see that in my practice when an employee learns something new I need to see them show me that they understand it by demonstrating that new info."
